Alina Sharipova is a comedian and she is confused about most things in life. Coming from a post- Soviet country (Uzbekistan) and growing up in the West (Belgium), she struggles with her identity. Her relationship with her Soviet mom is complicated. And she's jealous of her sexy dog, because she herself does not feel sexy, not even in lingerie. In her debut standup comedy show "That Funny Feeling", she talks about her immigrant upbringing, her hatred towards rich people and her relationship with a Dutch guy.
Alina was named "One to Watch" by Funny Women and has had the honour of opening for Nate Bargatze and Taylor Tomlinson.
